Twitter – If you want a big results for less work, then Twitter is the site for you. Why write a long message to people who are interested in what you have to say when 140 characters will do?
That’s all you get to communicate with on Twitter, but it makes it easy to keep busy on the site. A minute or two here and there an you will soon have plenty of followers hanging onto your every word. You have simply to experimenting with these 140 character limit to find out what tweets that is working.

Firefox – I highly recommend you to use Firefox and that is because of all add ons you can use with Firefox associated with social media networking sites. Thre are some good add ons for Twitter, and the best one is called TwitterBar, and it allows you to make a post directly from the address bar that you would usualy type your website address into.

Other Possibilities Within Social Networking

The phrase social networking automatically makes you think of websites like Facebook. But in truth you can network online in other ways as well.

For example, think about YouTube. It’s not stricly a networking site but you can networking on it by filming short videos on your chosen subject. People can follow you and subscribe to the videos you make, so it can still be a good place to connect with people who have the same interests as you.

HubPages is another one that comes to mind. Some people do rank this as a social networking site, but to me it is so much more. You can get plenty of fans and followers here for the free webpages you can build, so it is worth joining and experimenting with building different pages about your business and various different aspects of it.
